Therefore, we are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have implemented a range of measures to keep our communities safe. Below is an outline of the changes that will be effective as of Monday 23rd March 2020. These changes will ensure that we play our part in the global responsibility to reduce the speed and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure our healthcare system is not overloaded.

Open Hours & In-person meetings Our office remains closed from Monday 23rd March 2020 to 31st March 2020. In addition, our website contains an abundance of information whether you're looking to buy or have recently purchased. If you want to find out more information on any of our properties, or would like to speak to one of our agents or property managers, please contact the listing agents directly.

Should you are planning to meet with our team, there will be some screening questions we'll need to ask you:

• Have you travelled/transited through China, Iran, South Korea or Italy in the last 14 days?

• Have you been in close contact with anyone diagnosed as having COVID-19?

• Are you displaying flu-like symptoms?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, please alert a team member.
